Meet Charlotte! This gorgeous pup is new to the rescue and still on her hold period, but we are accepting adoption applications for her at this time. She came into care with her brother, Junior, also available for adoption.

Charlotte is a female 6-month-old mini–Australian Shepherd mix. She will be looking for a patient family that will help build her confidence. We think she spent a lot of her time alone before coming into our rescue. She did not understand what a leash is.

The vet that performed her spay noted that Charlotte was a "happy gal". She has no known health issues and was said to be a "healthy, growing puppy".

Charlotte is good with both cats and dogs. She will REQUIRE a fenced-in yard.

Charlotte is UTD on her vaccines, is spayed and will be microchipped before going to adoption.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
