Fred was born on 5/5/10. His mother, Bella, was flown from a rural WV shelter to the safety of Shenandoah Valley Dog Rescue. She was pregnant at the time. Not long after arriving, her pups were born. Thanks to all the volunteers who made this possible. And thanks to all the people who choose to adopt their pets. Your commitment to making a difference saves the lives of many precious animals like Fred.
