My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome fella is Alfie - he's a 2 month old Beagle mix who tips the scales at 8 pounds right now. He arrived at Wish Bone with his brother and two sisters. Their breed mix is just a guess, so we don't know what to expect as they grow, but we think they will likely be medium dogs when full grown.

Alfie is a typical puppy - he's curious and he loves to eat, wrestle, and chew.  He is more outgoing than his brother and a bit more active, but he still loves a good cuddle session!  Alfie is good with other dogs, but has not been around cats - though a cat would likely put him in his place since he's just a puppy.  He hasn't been around kids either, but we imagine he will be just fine with them.

If you'd like to adopt Alfie, apply today! His minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
