My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you ready for a cuddle companion? Mr. Tarzan is just the kitty for you. He was discovered hanging around a feral colony and was begging for attention. After searching for weeks for his owners with no results he is now in foster care. Mr. Tarzan loves attention and being petted. Lots of purrs going on with him. Mr. Tarzan is a senior kitty (approximately 12 years old). He would love to be your buddy.

Mr. Tarzan is fully vaccinated, is negative for FIV and FeLV, is spayed, and microchipped. He has had his rabies shot and is an indoor only cat. It is a SCA policy that our cats cannot be declawed or allowed to go outside.

If you would like to find out more about adopting this delightful cat, please call Cari at 571-408-9626 or email info@shadowcatadvocates.org. We answer emails as quickly as possible, but calling for info will be much faster.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cat Advocates exists to provide assistance to all the abandoned and forgotten cats and kittens that live all around us. We are a 501c3 non-profit and all donations to our organization are deductible to the extent allowed by IRS laws. We have no office expenses, no salaries, and our volunteers all work for FREE and pay their own expenses. Without volunteers, our mission would be meaningless. We are looking for additional volunteers. Are you willing to foster a cat for a short period, become a caretaker, help trap, or assist in one of our fundraising events? Shoot us an email as any help you can offer will be met with a huge THANK YOU!
