My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Tiny Tim!

Affectionate Goofy Active Social

Appearance: Tiny Tim is a stunning, white Great Dane featuring minimal black markings. His regal appearance is matched only by his remarkable personality.

Training: This remarkable deaf canine has honed his skills at the Becket School of Canine Training, learning to rely on visual cues and touch. He comes with a priceless gift - lifetime training support - ensuring that he remains the best version of himself for years to come.

Personality: Tiny Tim's personality is nothing short of legendary. Cool, confident, and larger than life, he embodies the true spirit of a Great Dane. He craves a strong and compassionate leader who can guide him, as he can be demanding at times, yearning for the structure he thrives in. He radiates a loving spirit and possesses an outgoing nature that draws people in. His magnetic personality makes him a social butterfly, always eager to meet new friends.

Energy: Tiny Tim is a dynamo of energy and enthusiasm, living life with boundless joy. His love for adventure knows no bounds. He's been known to break into the 'zoomies' when given the freedom to run and explore. He adores going on walks and runs with his human companions.

Compatibility/Forever Home: Tiny Tim prefers personal space in regard to other animals in a home environment. He's best suited for a home without other dogs or cats. While he may not want to share his home with other animals, he interacts amicably with fellow canines in public spaces. For his safety, a physical fence is essential. If there are children in the home, we ask that they be at least teenagers.

Tiny Tim is not just a dog; he's a charismatic and exceptional soul ready to become a beloved member of your family. If you're seeking a loving, spirited, and larger-than-life companion, Tiny Tim is your ideal match. More about this rescue

Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue was started in 2008 by a group of Dane lovers who desire to help Danes in need. The rescue is made up of all volunteers who lovingly give of their time and money to help these wonderful dogs. Volunteers include people from every walk of life, all with one thing in common, love of Great Danes.

Each animal coming to the rescue is temperament tested, given a physical, vaccinated, wormed, checked for heartworm and tick borne illnesses and treated as needed. All dogs are sterilized before being re homed. The dog is then placed in a foster home to wait for someone to love it forever.
