Hi Sandra,

Attached are some pictures of Sadie. She sometimes runs from the camera, so this was challenging. :)

Sadie is a 3-5 year old hound/lab mix with stunning blue eyes. When she was first rescued from the pound, she was fearful of new people and new situations. As she has gotten more comfortable,she has blossomed into a sweet and playful girl.

Sadie gets along wonderfully with the other dogs in her foster home, and is fine with cats that don't run from her. She is fine with children, but due to occasional anxiety with loud noises, would probably be happier in a home with older children.

Sadie's three favorite past times are eating, playing with other dogs, and playing with stuffed toys. She also enjoys chasing balls, but doesn't believe in bringing them back. She walks well on a leash, but needs a fenced yard because she will run off if given a chance (but she does come back after exploring).

Sadie is spayed, up to date on shots, treated for heartworms, and housebroken. She would love to join a patient family with dog experience to gain her trust so that she can become your new best friend.
