Skip is a striking, green-eyed, playful, communicative, and people-loving Mainecoon mix who would be an ideal addition to a work-from-home household. She loves to chase feathers, crinkle balls, toy mice - the works! She’ll give you a little bop on the knee then scamper off to signal when she wants playtime. When we play her favorite game, the ribbon toy is just out of reach. She “hides” behind furniture, then pounces! Skip can be quite a high jumper and will entertain you with her playful antics.

Skip will jump onto the desk and slide close so she can get pets. She can be a little spicy when overstimulated; she will let you know when she's done being pet by giving a little hiss and a paw bop. She’s predictable, though; you can tell when she’s had her fill of attention. She likes spending time looking out the window while chilling in her cat tree. She is low-maintenance, well behaved, and doesn’t try to get into things or places where she shouldn’t be.

Skip’s current foster home includes resident cats, but she would prefer to be the only pet. Given her strong opinions, a home without small children would be ideal, as well.

She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is FeLV/FIV negative.
