Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, my name is Otto. I am a 9 year old, 62 lb, full bred, gray, male Weimaraner. I am potty trained, and also professionally behaviorally trained. I am used to going to doggy daycare, and having a fenced in yard-though I don’t love to roam outside by myself. I prefer to be with my humans, and always by their side. Loud noises like fireworks and storms don’t bother me at all….I sleep through the night. I do like to talk when people come to the door, or I see or hear people outside. I have a little sister, but have also been a solo dog and was okay with that. I am very shy at dog parks, but I have learned to love my friends at daycare and all the people who work there say I am one of their favorites. I love to cuddle and nap on the couch and follow people wherever they go. I have a very large crate that I am unable to get out of that can come with me, as well as my very comfortable beds and blanket. I have to be crated when humans are gone, or I roam anxiously and get into things I shouldn’t. I love to snack on frozen peanut butter kongs while in my crate, it makes me happy to be in there. I am up to date on all my vaccines, my teeth have been cleaned recently, and even though I am older, I am the same as I was when I was 3. I am on heartworm and flea and tick prevention, and have a fresh 6 month supply that can come with me. I am a very gentle giant. I have a big bark, but I am the friendliest boy and would love to be part of your family. If you are interested in me, please complete an adoption application on LWR’s website and a volunteer will contact you.
