My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Marlo, he’s a pretty laid back puppy as far as little guys go! He loves to chew, take long naps on the couch and romp to his hearts content. He likes to use his head, a lot, like bumping into legs, and walls, and furniture and, did we mention legs? He’s sort of a tripping hazard, he’s BLIND you see and likes to stick close to his people whenever he’s out and about or in a new space. Until he maps it out of course then all bets are off, this boy is gonna play!
He loves to make new friends and enjoys walks, he’s still having a tough time with stairs and would really love a family willing to work on cooperative care with him, his foster friends have been working on getting him comfortable with all sorts of enrichment and grooming needs but, he still doesn’t love it. He tends to get frustrated and sometimes very excited whenever there’s food or anything to chew that isn’t a toy, he’s taken a liking to books and always loves a good shoe.

Marlo sleeps the night in his crate and takes regular naps in there throughout his day. He is still learning where is appropriate to eliminate but, he’s getting the hang of letting people know when he’s got to go! He loves his foster cousin who’s a husky shepherd and plays really well with her.

This little dude has a big exciting life to lead and would love an active family willing to continue his cooperative care, is understanding of his physical needs and is willing to work in positive reinforcement.
