Oh my goodness This puppy is a LOVE. He lives up to his name. CHARMER was born in rescue to a small 30lb momma who blessed us with 9 babies. In all the time in rescue I have never seen it take this long to adopt such beautiful well socialized puppies. This puppy will make a great addition to any home - he is definitely a sweetheart.
