My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Streudel is a lovely girl and as sweet as her name implies!

Her favourite things to do are: protecting the house from intruders by eliminating feathered enemies on strings ("da-bird" wand gets her into zoomie-mode in 0.1 seconds); having a well deserved nap in the middle of a queen sized bed; eating pineapples and treats while drooling a river (she also drools when she's happy - and really, who doesn't?); and lastly, surveilling the balcony and catching bugs.

Strudel can be a shy girl who needs some time to warm up but it doesn't stop her from greeting strangers immediately. She will be your best friend as long as you have treats! She would do best in an adult-only home, as she is ready for the quiet life. She is currently on amitriptyline daily which has done wonders for her demeanor. This is an inexpensive medication that we recommend is continued. She is good with a calm cat.

If sweet Streudel sounds like the cat for you, please reach out to Team Cat Rescue today!

Adoption fees are $250 for adults, $300 for kittens and $150 for seniors which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip. All kittens under 1 year require another young cat in the home.

We do not adopt out to people who will declaw or release their cat outdoors. WE DO NOT ADOPT OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. WE ALSO DO NOT WAIVE/NEGOTIATE ADOPTION FEES.
