Meet Cooper.
He is almost 1 year old.
Heeler mix.
He was returned to the rescue due to no fault of his own, he is just too big and full of puppy energy for his adopters to handle.
He loves other dogs and is super playful and high energy. He needs a family that will keep him busy. He is not a couch potato and will do much better with an active family.
He is not fully housebroken but is learning.
He is neutered and is up to date on his vaccines and microchipped.
All he needs is you, some love and maybe to fetch the ball a few hundred times a day lol
