Take the Pet Home
This helps Mostly Muttz Rescue with pet care costs.
At a little over ten years old, he’s looking for a laid back, quiet home where he can spend the rest of his life being loved. He gets along well with other dogs and would be a good companion for another older dog. He's even cat and goat friendly too.
Billy Bob is shy and will thrive best in an adult only home. He just needs some time and understanding while he settles in. He’s not the kind of boy that you take out into large crowds and he doesn’t want to be petted by strangers without being able to have the time needed to know he is safe. Once he feels at ease with you all he wants to do is love you and let you love on him.
He walks very nicely on a leash in a quiet setting. He can spook easily at new things or unanticipated sounds, so the quieter the neighborhood, the better. We would like Billy Bob to have a fenced in area.
So, if you are a very laid-back person who isn't into the hustle and bustle of running around town and would prefer to just chill at home with him and maybe go on quiet walks where there are not a lot of people - then you might just be the perfect match for this handsome gentleman. We know there is someone out there that will just love him to pieces and have just the type of environment he will thrive in.
