Rescue Story
A terrier Mix dog with 9 pups was found in a high kill shelter on the hottest day last Summer in Korea. When our partner rescuer found the mom dog, she was exhausted feeding 9 pups and could not sit or stand. Luckily they are all rescued and currently in foster care in Korea. Will be arriving in Canada this Spring.
About Him/Her
Juri was rescued when he was a puppy and he doesn’t have any trauma and he is just a normal happy pup.
We are so proud of Juri for how quickly learns things. After she arrived in Canada, she was showing some separation anxiety in the beginning. She was crying and whimpering when she was left alone but now she can spend a few hours without any issue.
Whatever we teach her, she masters it quickly. She is timid and a bit scared of strangers during the walk, but she sits down and shrinks her body waiting for the strangers to pass by.
She likes wrestling, and playing with other dogs. She will be a great second dog or she will also be ok by herself. She is potty trained, she doesn’t have motion sickness and her recalling is great. She is a jumper. She can jump high, and she might jump over the fence if the fence is under 5ft.
She will be the kind of dog who loves playing frisbee or catching ball games with you. Because she is too smart, it takes a second to teach her according to the foster mom.
