Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
KIKI – Mexi-Hound Mix / 1 year / 16 kg / F-Spayed
When we asked foster mom what her favourite thing about Kiki was, she responded with "there's too many, it's hard to choose". That pretty much sums up Kiki! She is loveable, friendly, and always down to learn new things. After a fun day of playing Kiki likes to snuggle up with her foster parents and soak up the love. She is always very happy and eager to do whatever you're doing.
Kiki is house trained and crate trained. She walks very well on leash and enjoys going into pet stores with her foster parents. She does well in the car because the car means more adventure to Kiki. She is also very food motivated and so far she knows sit, down, paw, and place. If you do not have a yard for Kiki, that is no problem as she prefers getting structured walks/training sessions to work her brain. We'd love to hear your plans for future socialization and exercise!
For Kiki's future home, we would love to see her with an active individual. If you go for runs, Kiki can join you! If you go on hikes, Kiki would LOVE to join you. This girl is all about adventure and seeing new things with her favourite people. Kiki would do fine as a solo dog. If you do have existing dogs in the home, she would prefer a playful dog pal vs a Netflix and chill dog pal! If you do have a cat in the home, Kiki may try to engage them with play so dog savvy cats will be best for this girl.
If you think Kiki is the girl for you, please check out the adoption process and application at www.dibsrescue.com. Her adoption fee is $750. If you are a family with older kids, please check out our resources on kids and dogs before you apply. (https://dibsrescue.com/kids-dogs).
