WE HOLD ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in.

Moxy is almost 2 yrs old and currently weighs about 80 lbs. Unfortunately, she came into a shelter as a stray so we have no back history, more will be known about me soon. She has a cute little stubby tail.

FROM MY FOSTER: Moxy is house and crate trained (but she still whines for a couple of minutes at bedtime). She is excellent on a leash about not pulling. She has a tendency to wander side to side, distracted by opening and closing doors, birds, cats, dogs and the rest of the usual suspects. Moxy is surprisingly uncaring about traffic or any street activities on walks.

She is learning basic commands, starting with"sit" and working up. She has a mountain of energy and runs/plays with our dog to burn it off. After that, much napping and belly rubbing.

She likes chewing, so hard chew toys are a must. She can be reactive to items in your hands. She was fine when I swept with a 6-foot broom, but cowered when I held a regular table spoon.

She is protective and attaches to her family quickly and completely. We don't know how she acts with animals other than large dogs. She guards her humans so be aware during people introductions. She will need to be crated when you have visitors.

A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet.

This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies.
