Marvin is definitely a wallflower, he doesn't hide, but also isn't trying to be a lap cat. He really likes other cats and chirps when his foster's cats visit him in his room. Having a confident buddy to hang out with would most likely help him to come out of his shell more. He will take some time to warm up in a new home, and as long as you aren't expecting insta-friendly, all will be well. He is a very nice cat, no aggression, just takes time to trust.
