Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Princess Pauline is a gorgeous Great Pyrenees and something mix, maybe Anatolian Shepherd? She is a sweet girl. She loves kids and does fine with cats and even ferrets, but is scared of other dogs.
Pauline came from an awful hoarder situation and was left in a pen! She’s around 3 years old, and as far as we know, never left that pen until recently! Poor girl has loved being inside, and getting petted and loved on. She’s house-trained and knows how to use a dog door.
Pauline is heartworm positive but PLEASE don’t stop reading there - we are already treating her, and with regular monthly heartworm prevention medication, she will be clear before too long! She is also a bit of an escape artist, like many Great Pyrenees, but would do fine with a tall and/or privacy fence.
Pauline is an absolutely stunning and gentle girl. She would just love to have a peaceful place of her own, where she cuddle with her people or chill in the backyard!
PPRI is a non profit rescue and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Precious Paws INC and our website PreciouspawsrescueAL.com. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and Delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100 dollar deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee is due at the time of pick up. Naturally the 100 dollars comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left with the animal.
