Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maeve is one of 7 puppies who were surrendered to our rescue after their mother got shot to death. They were about 4 weeks old at the time. Luckily we had a nursing mom who happily took them in as her own. They are now big and healthy babies ready to go to their forever homes. About 4 months old now. Mom was a full Great Pyrenees and dad was a German shepherd (according to the owner). Maeve is sweet and calm but of course she is also a playful puppy. Great Pyrenees are bred as a livestock guardians which means they are gentle with children and 'their' animals and will protect against predators. German Shepherds are very smart and easy to train. Their breed mix makes them perfect family dogs.
Vetting: microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, lyme vaccine 2, fecal test, dewormed several times, on monthly heartworm prevention, on monthly flea and tick prevention. Too young for spay.
Maeve is currently still in Oklahoma but can only be adopted in WA state or Oregon. She has to prepaid and picked up directly from transport in either Tukwila, Tacoma, or Portland.
Adoption Fee: $475 (includes the cost of transport from OK to the PNW)
