My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Zori and I am a bundle of joy with lots of love to give! I am a high energy dog and I LOVE my morning and evening walks. I am a super smart girl who likes treats and loves pleasing people which makes me super easy to train! While at HHS I worked with a trainer to learn sit, place (for getting leashed up), down, and loose-leash walking. I would love a family that can continue to support what I have learned.

I am currently in foster care and my foster family says I am doing amazing! I settled into being in a home super quick. I sleep in a cage at night, I am house trained, and I love car rides (particularly to the park!). I LOVE playing with my squeak toys, and I am learning to play fetch in the backyard (I keep forgetting to bring my ball back!). I love playing with big dogs, but sometimes I get too excited to play safely with small dogs. I love neck scratches, belly rubs, and giving kisses. I would do best in a home without a cat. Let's just say that my enthusiastic greeting of my foster cat-brother didn't go well. He wasn't hurt, but he turned on me, and now I am traumatized. Have you noticed that I have used the word "love" a lot? It's because I LOVE life and can't wait to be part of yours!
