Looking Glass Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) virtual rescue, using a network of dedicated fosters throughout Louisiana and the Northeast to care for our animals until adoption. You may be required to travel if approved for adoption.

Meet Palo! Palo is one of Purdy's puppies - the last of the litter to find his family but ready when you are! Palo is now up north and ready for meet and greets. His foster mom says he's adjusted well to his new surroundings and is ready to go home! Palo is, like mom, part mountain cur but we are not certain what else. We believe he will be a small to medium sized dog based on mom's size, 25 pounds. Palo is very outgoing - playful, fun loving and adventurous. He's also quite affectionate - a true snuggle bug. Palo is currently living in a home with lots of dogs and cats so we believe he will do well with both wherever he goes. Of course, as a young puppy Palo will need training, love and patience to be the best family member he can be but no doubt he'll reward his new family with a lifetime of love and joy! Palo is available and looking for his forever home - might there be a place in your home and heart for this little guy?!
