Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have friends that just had a baby and decided a dog was too much. They were going to take him to the pound and in a moment of weakness I decided to try and find him a home, which I have had no luck for 5 months and it is starting to cause problems with my marriage because we travel a lot with no one to watch the dog.
Birdie is 2yrs old – DOB 3/16/21
Our household is quiet, but he loves it when the family and kids come over. He really needs kids and/or dogs to play with. He deserves so much more than we can offer him with our busy schedule.
There are so many adjectives to describe Birdie; Affectionate, Athletic, Caring, Cuddly, Family-Friendly, Good-Natured, Healthy, Gentle (except for his tail), Kid-friendly, Loving, Playful, Submissive.
He has a great personality and loves to play with kids and other dogs. I also like he can have dog bones (non-rawhide) around kids and other dogs and Not get mean or nasty. He is a very smart, trainable dog.
