Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bruce has come a long way since he came to us. His hair has all grown back and he now has a beautiful shiny black coat. He has learned commands such as come, sit, and stay. He is housetrained and crate trained and is such a sweet and very smart boy. He loves to have a blanket that he can cover himself up when he sleeps. He is also such a patient boy when it comes to his foster wanting him to dress up. He became our model when we were going through costumes and hats that will be offered at the “Who Let The Dogs Out 5K/1 mile fun run” fundraiser for Spay-Neuter Kansas, Nov 6th at Sedgwick County Park.

We require an adoption application to be filled out. We will ask for past/present pet history and a veterinarian reference which we will contact. We require a good veterinarian history of your pets being spayed/neutered, on heartworm prevention and a fenced yard to keep them safe when they are outside.
Our adoption fee is $200.00 for dogs and $60.00 for cats. Our dogs are tested for heartworm,, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered. Our cats are tested for FIV, Feluk, and heartworm, and are also vaccinated and spayed/neutered

More about this rescue
We are a non sheltered rescue and are all volunteers. We have around 24 foster parents who take animals into their homes. Many of animals come to us in very bad condition. The foster parents work on house training, socializing them and getting them ready for their "forever home".
We make sure we represent them as they are, both positive and negatives and match the pet with the home. First and foremost we are concerned about the animals in our care and promise them a carefully screened very good home where they will be a member of the family.
