Mandy is a good natured, sweet tempered 30 lb senior lady. Alert, attentive & engaging, she enjoys her walks & attention, especially from her foster Mom's older kids who respect her. She lives amiably with another smaller younger pooch & naps with him. Mandy's owner died, & she was passed around among family & friends for 6 months. Grieving her loss & confused by the moving around from person to person, she grew despondent & didn't fit anywhere. When she came into rescue, we gave her a few months to adjust & get settled. She has been examined by a vet, deemed healthy, has been vaccinated (Rabies & DHPP), on antibiotics for a minor infection, & now is good.
