June!

Any time of year is the perfect time to meet our super-sweet June! She has been with us for more than a year, through no fault of her own, and that`s way too long for a dog with so much love to give. She lost her home because her person lost his, too, but she`s a happy girl who loves people, including kids. She`s housetrained and gets along well with other dogs here at the shelter, so bring yours over for a meet-and-greet! She walks well on her leash, as you can see on her video, and enjoys the dog park. She`s also very smart -- she knows how to sit, shake and lie down for treats, and can catch treats in the air. We believe she`s a Lab mix. She`s an adult dog, with a black coat and white `socks,` along with bright, golden eyes. She`s quite active and plays well in the yard. She`s an affectionate `leaner` who leans in for all the loving she can get, and she`ll happily give you kisses on request. She`s spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots, and ready to go home with you. We think she`d be great for a family or an active single owner.
