My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Milo is a 13 month old, 12 pound, Chihuahua mix. Milo is surrendered to the Ark by a senior lady who was tripping over him and couldn’t really care for him. She got Milo from a young family friend in Dalton Georgia did not housebreak him, or teach him to walk on a leash. He used pads in both homes. He also has not been vetted except for first set of puppy vaccinations. Milo has been to New Hope Pet Vet for comprehensive vetting, which includes; physical examination, dental, examination, fecal analysis, vaccinations, and neuter. Today, March 13, he returned to New Hope for a suggested booster vaccination. In the past three weeks while at the Ark, he has learned to walk on leash well, increasingly fewer potty mistakes, always potties outside when he walks, and at night uses a puppy pad. He needs an experienced family to complete his house breaking through positive reinforcement . If you’d like to meet Milo, you may make an appointment either by this email address or call Lane 4234722744 to help offset all the vetting Milo has had his adoption fee is $150. If his initial visit goes well, a second visit will be scheduled at which time he may likely be adopted.
