Maggie is still searching for her forever family! Here is what one of our volunteers has to say about her: “Maggie is a gem. She has the best temperament and is probably one of the sweetest dogs you’ll meet. She loves, loves, loves people. When she looks up at you with those eyes, you can’t tell her no! She loves belly rubs, being pet, and giving kisses. She would do really well with older kids, but she could go to a family without kids as well. Maggie loves to do all of the typical dog activities, such as walks and car rides. There’s no question she’d be your best friend and accompany you on all your adventures. She’s just so happy and loving. I’m surprised this precious girl hasn’t been scooped up yet!” Maggie is a 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee
Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee
Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs.
