Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I ain’t nothin’ but a cattle dog, herding all the time. I ain't never caught a permanent home, and loneliness ain’t no friend of mine. That is just my take on an old classic, Mr. Presley ain’t got nothin’ on me! Astra here, and I am currently looking to rock a new family’s socks off! Now, I'm a Cattle Dog through and through, so I was born with herding instincts galore. That means I'll be best suited for a family with herding breed experience…other dogs and I get along great, but cats can hit the road! Older kids 10+ will suit me fine, but the younger tykes are just too tempting to, well…herd. Besides, I tend to get a little nervous with overhandling. I’m a sensitive girl, a quick learner, a hard worker, and a skilled companion. Already crate trained, and fluent in a few basic commands. So if you're looking for a lil lady heartthrob, turn off them Elvis albums and hurry in to meet me! 1 year old-37lbs. My adoption fee is $280 and includes spay, microchip & registration, free vet exam, reduced-cost training class, leash/collar, toy and treat packet, food sample.
