History: Otis was brought to the shelter as a stray, which is very common in Tennessee due to the unfortunate occurrence of dog dumping.

Otis is such a sweet and happy boy! He is always smiling and has such a happy go lucky guy which I am sure you can tell by looking at his photos. He knows to sit on command, and would benefit from some further obedience training. He has not met a stranger he doesn't like and will make an amazing addition to any family!
