Backstory: Joey came from a kill shelter in Kentucky. He was scheduled to be euthanized because they were full, and was saved at the last minute by his foster mama.

Additional info/personality comments: Joey loves to play with his doggie friends. He is being fostered with other dogs of all breeds & sizes. He is playful and loves to run around. He is such a sweet boy and has such a sweet personality. He can be shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly.
