My story

What a guy! Zook is friendly, well behaved and handsome to boot! He’s estimated to be 2-2.5 years old and he’s approximately 65lbs. He’s very playful with other dogs, crate/house trained and eager to please.

Zook came into our local shelter missing half an ear and heartworm positive. Despite whatever happened in the past, he is sweet as can be with people and dogs alike. He can be excitable but he is a good combo of playful and chill. He is well mannered, super smart and genuinely enjoys learning new things. He’s also very food motivated, so training is a breeze!

Zook’s favorite things include learning new tricks, sunbathing, snuggling (with dogs or people, he’s not picky) and eating lots and lots of treats.
