Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our sweet Lolly. If you love huskies, but don't want to deal with all the crazy energy that comes along with a husky, Lolly is the dog for you. When it comes to huskies, she is as easy as it comes. She loves to be inside and cuddle on the coach with her human/family. She is also great on leash walks. Lolly starts off a little timid with adult men, but warms up in a day or two and then becomes a very loving and loyal companion. She usually doesn't have any issues with women or kids, even at the beginning.
It has been a rough road for Lolly this past year, but it is a great rescue story looking for a happy ending. Lolly was rescued from the shelter just hours from her scheduled euthanasia appointment. A couple of months after arriving at the ranch, she was bit in the leg by a rattle snake which she barely survived. She then had a bad leg break in the same leg just weeks after the rattle snake bite. We were able to raise the funds to get Lolly's surgery, but she still had a rough 10-week road to recovery. Luckily, the vet who operated on Lolly fell in love with her and volunteered to foster her during her 10-week recovery. Lolly has successfully recovered from her surgery and is now back at the husky ranch. She still has a limp, which she will probably have for the rest of her life, but she can still run and play once again.
Lolly is without a doubt the easiest dog at the ranch. She is such a sweet girl, it will be sad to see her go. But she deserves more than the rescue can offer her. Will you be her forever home and help ensure that her story ends with HAPPILY EVER AFTER! Reach out today to learn more about Lolly.
