My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am available for adoption or rescue. Holds can be made by calling 910-865-2200. Our holds are only good for 72 hours. Time and space is limited so finding a home quickly is very important. Adoption fee is $25 which includes a rabies vaccination. We are an open admission animal control facility so we cannot guarantee any health or temperament of an animal.

Adoption and visitation hours are Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 5:00. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 for calls only.

If you are interested in a specific animal, call us with the animals name and in order to place a hold on that animal we will need your first and last name and a good phone number to contact you. The hold is only good for 72 hours, if you have not shown to claim the animal by the end of the hold time, the animal will go back up for adoption or be sent with a rescue if chosen.

RESCUES
Please call before you intend to pull to make sure all your 510c3 paperwork is up to date. The $25 adoption fee is waived only for 501c3 rescue groups. If your rescue has not had their 501c3 approved at the time of your pull, you must pull as an adoption and pay the $25 per animal adoption fee. Rescues may also place holds on animals by contacting us at 910-865-2200. These holds are only for 72 hours as well.
