Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This bright eyed beauty is Iris, a roughly 10 mo. old Aussie mix (probably with Cattle dog, otherwise known as a Texas Heeler). She's a bouncy, charming, energetic young girl looking for a forever family.
Iris was adopted as a puppy, then returned in February when her owners had to move out of state. She came to our rescue looking for a better chance than the crowded shelter she was in.
Iris is a bit shy meeting strangers, but warms up very quickly. With a little socialization, she's likely to get very comfortable with people.
Iris has ENERGY -- she will need an active family that gives her daily exercise. She likes kids, we're told. And clearly she wants to play with other dogs.
Iris is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to make your life more fun!
