Whopper is part of the Candy Litter, who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas along with mom Kisses and dad Goober. The entire litter had scabies and looked a little rough in the beginning, but they are fully treated and their coats have grown back beautifully. He is a huge cuddle-bug and loves human attention. Whopper is crate trained and potty-trained (as long as you stick to a schedule), and sleeps through the night. He is learning to sit and focus, and walk on a leash for the first time. We will be working on the down and stay commands next. Like all puppies, Whopper gets the zoomies and then takes a nice long nap. Foster mom is a dog trainer, and we are learning good manners and that it is not polite to jump on people when we want attention.
