Clyde
4 year-old
Pit Bull mix
Neutered male
He is fully vetted
Clyde was found on the streets starving to death with his sister. He was taken to an animal control unit where they were both at risk to be euthanized for space. Luckily a foster stepped up and we were able to pull them out. His sister has been adopted, but poor Clyde is still waiting for a home. He is about 2yrs old, weighs around 60lbs, and is a big love bug.
Clyde’s dream would be a camping or hiking buddy, but he will also settle for just being part of a family and never starving again. Due to his larger size, children 10yrs old and up are recommended. He is very sweet/friendly, but he has no clue that he is a bigger boy and thinks he is smaller. He would also due best in a house with no cats or smaller dogs because he doesn’t realize how big is and tries to play a bit too rough with them.
Clyde is a happy boy that loves to play with other dogs and toys. He will jump a 6 foot chain link fence if left alone, so a secure 6-8' privacy fence and/or being kept on leash for walks would be best.
