My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ollie is a young, goofy and playful dog looking for his forever home in Colorado!

Ollie's happy place is being outside and going on adventures...he would be the ultimate hiking buddy! He just loves to be out and about seeing the world. Even when it's snowing, he'll do the happy dance when you pick up his leash!

When inside the house he's a quiet, good boy - unless he sees a squirrel through the window, he may give a grumble (he's not a fan of squirrels!)

He seems fine around small and bigger dogs, and new people, but he may not be good with cats, since he has such a high prey drive to chase with squirrels.

Ollie loves to play with his toys and if you're busy he'll often happily play by himself, tossing his ball around in the house. He enjoys being around his humans and he especially enjoys a nice belly rub!

Ollie is still young and needs some more ongoing training, but his fosters tell us that he's very smart and he learns quick. He now knows the 'sit' 'paw' and 'down' commands and is slowly learning 'wait'. We think with a loving and patient new owner willing to take the time to help continue helping Ollie learn new skills, he can conquer anything. Smart cookie this guy!

Ollie is a sweet and adventurous pup, who is eager to please you and works hard to learn, and has a real energy and lust for life. We know in the right home he will just thrive!
