Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ralphie!
Ralphie is about 1.5 years old. He is a happy boy who is full of energy!
Ralphie is already crate trained. He is also potty trained in his current home, but as with any dog, he will need gentle guidance on the learning the appropriate place to potty in his new home.
Ralphie seems to enjoy the company of other dogs of all sizes. He loves playing with other dogs and toys in his foster home. Ralphie knows how to sit when asked and is very food motivated, which will help make his continued training so much easier!
Ralphie will be best suited to a home with older children, and prefers a feline-free home.

Our multi-step adoption process includes an application, meet and greet, animal introductions when applicable, and a home check. We highly value the time and effort put into adoption applications, and encourage thorough, thoughtful responses as this is our primary avenue for getting to know your family. With that in mind, please be aware that applications with excessive blank or one-word responses may not be considered.
Animal introductions will be done for each pet currently living in the household. While we are not here to judge your lifestyles, we also conduct home checks to ensure that the household and backyard will be a safe living environment for a SacRDR dog. The Declaration page of your Homeowners Insurance policy or an approval letter from your landlord must be submitted with your adoption application; these documents are required to ensure that your HOI or landlord covers/accepts the breed you are applying to adopt.
If you have any additional questions, please email adopt@sacrdr.org.
