My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is a 9 month old Shepherd cross looking for a home. She currently weighs 18 lbs and is predicted to grow to about 45 lbs. Luna and her litter of 5 were found near the SPCA Puerto Vallarta sanctuary. Their mum Keisha was tied up and left blind after surviving being poisoned. The puppies were in very poor condition suffering from malnourishment at such a young age. Luna and her litter have been staying in a quiet rural sanctuary and have been tested in volunteer homes and out on walks.

Luna is medium energy, playful, and friendly with people, dogs and cats. She might benefit from an adoptive home with a confident dog to show her the bigger world. Since her rescue she has lived in a quiet sanctuary, so would do best in a non urban centre in a home with a yard. She has been good with kids and teens, but with the limited exposure, so a quieter home would be ideal.
