Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Britney, a 1.5 year old lab mix. Britney has never met anyone or anything that she didn't love. This beautiful girl is obedient, watchful and rarely barks. Oh, and this girl enjoys taking her time - she does like to eat alone so she can go slow and save a little for later. If fed with others, she might not eat much as the other dogs like to help themselves to her food. She is gentle with her foster parent, but plays with high energy with her sister Tiffany. She is strong and is still learning to walk on a leash so would need to work on her leash skills. She is great with other dogs and cats and although she hasn't met kids with her foster parent yet, her disposition lends itself to her being good with them, although maybe a tad strong for little ones.
*All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
