Meet Toby.

Toby is a five-year-old, neutered male chihuahua. No kids. Poor Toby was abused by his previous owners and then left behind to fend for himself after the abusers moved out. Toby is doing great learning to trust humans. Toby is dog selective when it comes to other dogs but is fine with most dogs his size. Toby is doing great on crate training and can be crated after his foster mom worked with him on crating. Toby knows how to use a doggy door and will use a pee pad if he doesn't have access to the doggy door. Toby is very smart and loves all the attention he can get. He loves to spend time hanging out on your lap for love and attention. Toby would be great as an only dog or could coexist with a friendly dog of his choice of course! Toby knows to sit and knows the word no. Toby is vocal when seeing other dogs. Ok with his foster mom's cat.

DASH ( Danielle's animal safe haven) rescue Is a 501 3c rescue trying to place as many homeless animals in loving homes as we possibly can. We pull breeds of all types and sizes. We rescue dogs from your purse puppies to your gentle giants and all in between. We pull from kill shelters where most pups are on their last day. We try to keep our adoption fees within reason, but they do vary. In rescuing these hopeful pets, there comes a lot of expenses. These fees help with vetting, medications, altering (age appropriate) and so much more.
