🎂Phoebe's Birthday is coming up on February 27th and she will be 1 year old🎁 All she is asking for her birthday is her special loving family. Even though she’s part mastiff we think she will be more like boxer sized full grown. 60 to 65 pounds. Her foster is really wanting to help and find that wonderful family. She has spent most of her time in a crate for her first year of life and needs a second. She and the foster will work hard if someone will work hard with them too!
