Meet Einstein! This handsome boy was surrendered to an overcrowded high-kill shelter, so Misty Eyes brought him in and placed him in foster care. He was adopted, but was found to be a bit too much for the family to handle, so he`s come back. Einstein is a big, lovable guy who prefers women over men, and his foster mom has been working with him to overcome his fear of men. Einstein is not aggressive, but has a big bark that can be very intimidating. He loves his dog siblings and is fine with the cats in the home. He needs a very patient adopter to help him to continue to learn to trust men. A fenced yard is best for Einstein. He is a large guy and powerful guy. A DNA test was performed, and Einstein, surprisingly, is German Shepherd/Mastiff/Poodle/Shih Tzu. Are you the one to give Einstein a permanent home? $200 adoption fee for adult dogs; $225 adoption fee for puppies; $150 adoption fee for senior/special needs dogs. Cats are $100.00 for kittens and $65.00 for adults. All pets are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped. Application process.

All animals live in foster homes, and we have some of our animals on site on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-1pm

We are dedicated to improving the lives of dogs and cats in the communities that we serve by providing compassionate shelter, care and adoption services for homeless and unwanted dogs and cats.

It is the mission of our Learning Center to create a better community by helping pets and educating people. We will provide a variety of courses at our facility as well as offer programs at off-site community locations.
