Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Gidget is the grey agouti bunny. Duffy is the mostly white bunny.
Sweet little Gidget is a very lucky girl. She is just one of two buns that survived a neglectful backyard hutch situation. Sadly five members of her bunny family perished. But look at her now! She is so adorable and thriving!
She is a mild-mannered, well-behaved darling bunny. She enjoys snuggle time just as much as treat time! Playing behind her draped blanket is big fun! Zoomies are also a favorite pastime. She can't get any cuter with her agouti fur pattern plus white paws and nose!
Duffy was born October 22, 2020. His mommy Sonnet was rescued from a mobile home park just a few days prior to her giving birth! Whew! Glad mommy bun was rescued just in the nick of time!
Duffy has a little light orange spot on his face. The eyelashes on his left eye are black but the eyelashes on his right eye are white! He's got some light-colored spots on his ears too!
Duffy voraciously devours his food pellets and will rattle his x-pen if his bowl needs to be refilled! Smart bun! Once he gets his belly full, he's ready to snuggle in for some loving.
Gidget and Duffy were bonded here at the rescue and adopted out as a pair. Unfortunately, their humans became highly allergic to them and had to return them. These sweethearts are looking for another chance at a forever home!
Gidget and Duffy used to be free roaming in their prior home. Alternatively, an exercise pen as their home base with additional romping time in specified areas of the home would be acceptable. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.
Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.
Gidget and Duffy can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted.
PLEASE consult with me before you purchase rabbit supplies so I can direct you to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’re a first-time rabbit owner. Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!

More about this rescue
Kribs for Kritters primary focus is rescuing domestic rabbits that have been abandoned at parks, schools, golf courses, fitness trails and any other outdoor location. Kribs for Kritters also assists Golden View Farm Rabbit Rescue in their heroic efforts.
All rabbits are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
We are both a rescue and a shelter. We have over 100 rabbits in our care. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask. It is likely we have a bunny to suit your needs. New bunnies are being rescued every week. We don’t always have time/resources to post every bunny that crosses our path.
We have an exceptionally high success rate of bunny bonding on the very first date. So, if you’re looking for a mate for your existing bunny, give us a try.
Our operating costs are at least $1,000 per month so donations are always appreciated. Donations can be made to PayPal.me/kribsforkritters.
