Noelle is sweet and affectionate with her trusted caregiver. She is a beautiful tiny 4 pound longer-haired Chihuahua who is approximately 1 year old. She is a shy girl with new people and situations and can get those nervous Chi trembles. Noelle raised a single puppy and is now ready to look for her furever home. She prefers to go potty outside but will also use a potty pad when needed. We don't think she had been outside much or ever walked on a harness until she came into rescue. Noelle is really starting to enjoy leash walks in our backyard, smelling all the smells, finding a stick to chew, and even has started to approach other members of the family and the family dogs with tail wags. Her adopter will need to be careful with her because when she gets nervous she can back out of two of the three harnesses we have tried. But as she gets more comfortable is doing this less and less. Noelle is looking for a family that understands that she will take time to feel comfortable and is ready to give her all the love and attention she missed out on in her previous home.
