My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bo showed up in our front yard two years ago. He was sick (heartworms and a parasite at the time — all clear now) and seemed a little nervous, but was friendly to us. We found his owner who told us that he was moving and couldn’t take care of Bo anymore. We took Bo to the vet and, over the course of the year, had his heartworms treated and helped him fully recover. He is an energetic, snuggly, 80lb boy! He is 3 years old and his favorite thing in the world is head pats.

Bo can be nervous/afraid around new people, and he has bitten people twice out of fear. He would benefit from a family that understands dog body language and can be patient with him while he warms up to you.

Bo is now officially healthy, and we can’t wait to help him meet his forever family!
