SOUTHPAW RESCUE IS A SMALL RESCUE THAT DOES HOMECHECKS. THEREFORE, WE CAN NOT ADOPT OUTSIDE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Daisy was found as a stray, very pregnant, wondering in the high desert. She was taken to Devore Shelter, where, because of overcrowding, they had no quiet place to keep her as she awaited giving birth. She was laying on the hard, hot concrete floor when we came across her and knew we couldn't leave her there.

As soon as she came into foster, she climbed on the couch and fell fast asleep. On November 21st, Daisy gave birth to seven puppies in just under 2 hours, letting us know at despite being only about a year old, this wasn't her first litter.

Daisy is just about as sweet as they come. She is a great Mama to her puppies and showers constant attention on them. Once they were old enough to be weaned, it gave Daisy a chance to be a puppy herself.

Daisy loves to play with the other two young dogs in her foster home, a pit bull and a puggle. She is gentle with the senior dogs in the home. With her fosters, she loves to get attention and cuddles, but is also content to just sleep on the couch or in her doggie bed.

Daisy would be great in just about any home who wants to love her. She is looking for her the person she can call her own.

She is not a full Boston Terrier, but we can't tell what she is mixed with. She is bigger than the average boston, but still a pretty small medium sized dog.
