My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ericka is the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. She purrs the instant she sees you and cannot get enough pets. She is very petite for her age. Her markings are gorgeous along with her big beautiful eyes. In addition to rubbing up against your leg to ask for attention she also uses her voice to let you know she wants love, and wants to give you love in return. She is a truly perfect little lady.

Ericka can only be adopted into a home in which she will be the only cat because she is FeLV+. FeLV is a virus that cats, once infected, will carry their whole lives. They can live full lives just like other cats, but their immune systems may be affected by the virus, meaning if they get sick it may be a bit more difficult for them to get over it, etc.

I rescued Ericka from the hospital room at the Devore shelter on 1/30/23. She currently has a kitty cold, but is on medicine and will be over it very soon.
