History: Rosco sadly came into the shelter as an owner surrender due to his owner moving.
Rosco is such a ham and we have so many amazing things to say about him! His foster mama would have kept him for herself if it wasn't for him wanting to play chase with her kitties. He is being fostered with multiple dogs and plays with everyone, but his special buddy is the resident chi/terrier mix.. they are the cutest pair together! They play together, lounge together, look out the window together, walk side by side together. Rosco is an active boy who loves to play and run around in his yard, which is why we think a home with a yard would be best for him. He is the most happy-go-lucky boy and we can't wait for him to find his forever family.
