Home Recommendation: Due to her difficult past, Mika Is a bit shy initially. She will do best in a patient, low-commotion household where she can build her confidence in a calm environment.

Personality: Mika's foster mom says, "She is very shy but sweet as can be!" Mika is happiest when she is snuggled up with her foster doggy sibling and her foster mom. She is making great progress coming out of her shell! Mika enjoys getting her zoomies out by running in the backyard.

Kids: 16+

Dogs: Yes, please! Mika loves her doggy foster sibling

Cats: Unknown, we can cat test for an approved adopter

Crate Trained: Mika enjoys the crate and sees it as her safe space

House Trained: Doing well!

Leash Manners: Mika had never been on a leash before being rescued. She's working on It!

Why did she come to WISE? Mika was rescued from a horrible puppy mill situation where she was used for breeding most of her life. When she was determined "unfit" to be used in their 'breeding program', they were going to euthanize her. WISE wasn't going to let that happen and saved this sweet gal!
